Customers who have their car insurance contracted with BBVA Allianz can request assistance through the app in Spain

The user can access the roadside assistance service from different points of the ‘app’. The first is from the ‘app’ emergency zone. The customer must then state the reason for the assistance request so that the insurance company can determine the scope of the service, such as the dispatch of a tow truck. The request process is completed by confirming the location of the vehicle manually or via GPS and confirming the contact details of the injured driver.

Once all this information has been communicated, assistance is generally sent to the scene of the accident. where the vehicle is locatedIf the accident could have involved circumstances such as the existence of affected third parties, injured persons, etc., a telephone call is established beforehand with the driver to detail the situation.

Once the assistance service has been sent, it is possible to monitor the route of the tow truck or the assigned car or workshop in real time.
