Curry Outstanding – Warriors Continue Into NBA Playoffs

The Golden State Warriors beat the Sacramento Kings in the NBA playoffs thanks in part to 50 points from basketball star Stephen Curry. In the deciding game of the best-of-seven series once morest the Kings on Sunday, the Warriors scored 120-100 and won the series 4-3. In the next round, the defending champion now meets the Los Angeles Lakers.

“I just wanted to look early for throws and put my teammates in position,” Curry said on US television. Kevon Looney also played a big part in the Warriors’ win with a strong 21 rebounds.

The New York Knicks started their quarterfinal series with a loss. The Knicks, in the second round of Eastern Conference knockout elimination for the first time since 2013, lost game one to the Miami Heat 101-108 on Sunday. The hosts’ best pitcher was RJ Barrett with 26 points, while Miami’s Jimmy Butler was the most accurate with 25 points.

The game was interrupted a little longer in the last quarter following Butler injured his ankle. The 33-year-old continued to play, but appeared battered. Game two is back in New York on Friday.
