Dealing with the straightener requires a lot of practice – with a few tricks it becomes easier. Julia Bihler, who works as creative director for the Pony Club hairdressers in Munich (www.derponyclub.de), reveals what we have to watch out for.
The preparation for curls with flat irons
The right tool is crucial. - Then guide the iron away from the head, up.
- To shape and bounce of the Locke To maintain it, give your fingers support here too and, following editing, guide the strand where it should lie. You can also tie the strand around your finger and secure it with a clip for stability while you work on the other hair.
- And one last tip: For beautiful, stable curls, spray the strands before using the straightening iron hairspray a.
