Borges’ literary summit during Readers’ Week: conferences, guided tours and parties

August 19th to 24th, sky Borges 2024 In honor of the 125th anniversary of the birth of one of our greatest writers: Jorge Luis Borges. The following August 24th is Readers’ Day, so this week is called “Readers Week”.

Conferences, screenings, guided tours, roundtables, reading workshops and poetry gatherings Different events will be held in different locations in the city of Buenos Aires, with the participation of writers, artists and experts on Borges’s work.

This memorial service is organized by Borges International Foundation, UBAcyT Team “Borges and the Bible” (FFyL,UBA), Municipal Library, Borges Cultural Center and National Library, All activities are free and open to the public (advanced registration is required to participate in the seminar).
