Culture Côte-Nord oversees a photo contest throughout the territory

Cultural development officers from the RCMs and municipalities of the North Shore are rallying around a common project. They are launching a photo contest under the theme “High and strong, my north-coastal culture”.

Headed by Culture Côte-Nord, the event also includes a weekend of virtual training and a zoom conference by mentor photographer Jocelyn Praud on October 2. Native of Sherbrooke, the professional wildlife photographer is now established in Haute-Côte-Nord.

Residents of the region are invited to participate in this activity by taking a photo of themselves, either doing an artistic activity or in front of a cultural landmark. Registration for the photo contest is done on the Facebook page of Culture Côte-Nord.

There are also contest details. The registration of the photos is carried out until 1is October at noon. The winner wins a free registration for training in artistic photography from a mobile device.
