Amarelle Boué explained that the National Program for the Advancement of Women in the largest of the Antilles — promoted by the organization she represents — is conceived as the State agenda for the advancement of women and represents a point of continuity, progress and development of gender equality in the nation.

He commented that from the FMC they highlight the responsibility of systematically confronting violent or discriminatory demonstrations in all spheres of society, and the need to disseminate existing problems in all scenarios.
