Cuban banks inform clients about salary cards

Do you have salary cards from Cuban banks, such as Credit and Commerce (Bandec)? Officials from these entities informed their clients about “flexibilities” in the use of Salary Network Cards.

Clients of Banco de Crédito y Comercio (Bandec) who have a Red card for salary collection now have greater flexibility in its use, authorities from this financial institution stated through official channels.

This card, which can be associated with various types and currencies, does not need to be personalized again when changing workplaces.

Bandec announced today that, in the event that a client changes employer, it will not be necessary to request a new card. The new workplace will be able to credit the salary directly to the existing card, thus facilitating the process for users and avoiding additional procedures.

This measure aims to simplify the lives of workers, allowing them to keep the same card for their salary, regardless of their place of employment. This is what these banks said about salary cards.

In addition, Bandec customers can enjoy the possibility of having several cards under different modalities, adapting to their financial needs, they said.

Banks, salary cards and Bandec

In addition to information on salary cards from Bandec and other Cuban banks, this entity specified what information must be entered to register in Transfermóvil with the Bandec Red card.

“You must enter the data printed on the Red card. Card number #. Name as printed on the card. Expiration date, first the year and then the month. Check the information and ACCEPT,” they state.

Recently, the Bank of Credit and Commerce of Cuba (BANDEC) reported on the sending of money to Cuba in the form of remittances to bank magnetic cards in its branches and left this recommendation.

“Secure your shipments from Europe with Tocopay. Take advantage of the most favorable exchange rate on the market, and the fastest deposits,” the message reads.
