CSC, a leading provider of business, legal, tax and digital branding services, today announced the acquisition of Eddystone Financial Services, a provider of corporate lending agency services. The acquisition will continue to expand the company’s corporate and agency solutions to the Australian and New Zealand markets.
Eddystone Financial Services provides Sydney, Melbourne and Auckland facility agents, security administrators, escrow and related financial services. The company has a large team of seasoned lending agency professionals and a reputation for exceptional customer service.
The acquisition follows a exclusive partnership between Delaware Trust Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of CSC, and Eddystone Financial Services to expand corporate trust and agency solutions in the Australian and New Zealand markets. The transaction will allow CSC to further expand its range of lending agency service offerings and significantly expand its presence in Australia and Asia.
