Csaba openly confessed that their relationship started as friends, as Réka gained amazing fame under his agency, who married the Dutch-born actor living in London, Christiaan Haiggel.
— We spent a lot of time together, visited each other, and might always count on each other for everything. Imagine a gay relationship as a very, very close and important friendship, which becomes a relationship when the “tipi-tapi-dino” enters the relationship! I screwed this up. This did not happen here, but I still experienced those ten years as an incomplete relationship. I longed for physicality, but I was able to give it up because the other was so important that I thought I might live without it — Cyla admitted in her book regarding their relationship.
It’s been more than two decades, but they’ve been in touch ever since, and even have a good relationship with each other. So much so that recently Kajdi hopped on a plane and visited his old friends in London as they were celebrating Christiaan’s birthday. Csaba apparently had a great time and shared a picture of the three of them on his Instagram page from 22 years ago.
