London: Crystal Palace shocked Arsenal, the strongest team in English Premier League football. Arsenal lost by three goals to none at Celstate Park’s Celstate Park Stadium.
Their hopes of finishing in the top four and qualifying for the Champions League were dashed. Arsenal’s legend Patrick Vieira has been named coach of Crystal Palace. Vieira’s disciples scored two goals in the 24th minute. Palace’s first goal came in the 16th minute from a free kick.

Jordam Ayu’s left footed striker scored the second goal. Gabriel failed to block a pass from Anderson and the ball was received and Ayu scored. Palace created chances once more in the first half. Goalkeeper Ramsdale’s saves save Arsenal from disaster.
In the second half, Arsenal coach Arteta Martinelli stepped in to intensify the attack. In the 73rd minute, Willis Saha opened the scoring from the penalty spot. The penalty was for dropping Odegod Saha in the Arsenal box. Sahai, who took the penalty kick, was not at fault. Arsenal are fifth with 29 points from 29 matches. Arsenal’s defeat to Tottenham Hotspur, West Ham and Manchester United. Crystal Palace are ninth with 37 points from 30 games.
