Crown Prince of Fujairah witnesses the conclusion of the International Youth Karate League and crowns the winners

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad Al Sharqi, Crown Prince of Fujairah, affirmed the interest that the Fujairah government attaches to supporting sports in all its forms, referring to the directives of His Highness Sheikh Hamad bin Muhammad Al Sharqi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Fujairah, to organize and host sports tournaments in the Emirate of Fujairah, in a way that contributes to promoting Its presence in the sports sector at the Arab and international levels.
This came during His Highness’s attendance at the conclusion of the World Youth Karate Championship “Premier League Karate 1”, in the presence of Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad bin Saif Al Sharqi and Antonio Spinos, President of the International Karate Federation, and his deputy, Major General Nasser Abdul Razzaq Al Razooqi, President of the UAE and Asian Karate Federations.
His Highness the Crown Prince of Fujairah crowned the winners of the tournament, which was held under the auspices of His Highness at the Zayed Sports Complex in Fujairah, and the participating players from various clubs around the world.
His Highness praised the efforts of the organizing committee of the tournament and its goals that serve the sports sector in general, and the karate game in particular, and attract young players from various clubs in the world to compete in Fujairah, stressing the provision of all forms of support for the success of the event and the service of sports at the level of the country and the world.
The closing ceremony was attended by the heads of karate federations in a number of countries of the world and a group of athletes.
