The euro is strengthening once morest the franc. Changing from the Swiss currency to the single European currency has become less advantageous than a few weeks ago.

Virtual parity between the euro and the franc is over. The first began to strengthen once morest the second. Tuesday at the end of the day, 1 euro was worth nearly 1.05 francs in interbank rate (see graph below).
Note that the interbank rate only concerns large banks, which buy currencies in large lots. It is more advantageous than the one displayed by banks and exchange offices, which is intended for end customers.
