I really like him because he uses modern and, at the same time, groundbreaking details. So the combination is very couture, but also pop,” said the host who, in 2024, stepped away from hosting Telefe Noticias after her partner announced that he was accompanying Patricia Bullrich on the presidential ticket during the last presidential elections. I deeply admire Cris: for me she is like an Audrey Hupburn,” he said to the camera, while showing the design mounted on a mannequin. “I see it as sophisticated, refined, and it is everything Cris is: a mix of both things.”
“I like it a lot because it uses modern and, at the same time, groundbreaking details. So the combination is very couture, but also pop,” said Cris. “The black and ivory color is sophisticated and elegant, like Cris,” said designer Gustavo Cadile.
Cadile later explained about the color combination. “I found the mix of black and ivory super original, very Audrey, outstanding and different. The essential part of this dress is the fabric. It is very special to me, because it has a cording that is hand-embroidered in France, it is all detailed and the base is an original French lace. This metallic cording is handmade, stitch by stitch. The inspiration for this fabric, in this metallic cording, is the shape of the ocean’s corals. So, this coral that is in the ocean is called ‘The Venus Sea Fun’ and Cris wrote the book with the Venus (Editor’s note: in her book Tiempo de Renacer, the writer delves into the enigmas of Simonetta Vespucio, the woman who inspired Botticelli’s ‘The Birth of Venus’). For me it is like everything in life comes together, it is like a circle of beautiful things. All this together makes up the body of the dress and highlights the figure of the woman. That is what attracted me most to this fabric,” she concluded.

The communicator took the opportunity to talk about her current professional life. “I am starting to film a new program that I will have on the channel (Telefe) and that will be released in mid-October.
