You will be able to see it live through my social networks” Cristina Kirchner announced this Monday on her social network account X.

The Justice annulled the dismissal of Cristina Kirchner in the case of the Memorandum with Iran

Cristina Kirchner, recently absent from the Unión por la Patria electoral campaign, will be with Pedro Rosemblat in the talk she will give, titled “On castes, inheritances, landslides and the future.”

The reissue of the book “After the Derrumbe: conversations between Néstor Kirchner and Torcuato Di Tella (Editorial Galerna)” is an initiative of the Néstor Kirchner Justicialist School that considers that this work records the exchange between the former president and the Argentine intellectual prior to the presidential elections of 2003.

In the pages of the publication republished 20 years following its release, there is a two-voice diagnosis of the national and world situation at the beginning of the century.
Two decades following the first edition of the original publication, one can see in its pages the reworking of the Peronist ideology carried out at that time by Néstor Kirchner and an acute interpretation of the historical time that preceded his arrival to the national Executive Branch.

The reappearance of the vice president in the public arena occurs just over a month before the elections, following weeks of low profile.

The Court of Cassation ordered to reopen the Hotesur-Los Sauces case and try Cristina Kirchner

Cristina and Máximo Kirchner will go to oral trial

The Federal Court of Criminal Cassation today revoked the dismissal of Vice President Cristina Kirchner, along with the other defendants, including her son Máximo Kirchner, in the Hotesur-Los Sauces case, while it also annulled the dismissal in the case of the memorandum with Iran, and in both he ordered the oral trial to be held.

In addition, chambermaids Daniel Petrone and Diego Barroetaveña decided to remove the judges from the oral court who dismissed the vice president in the Hotesur-Los Sauces case, Daniel Obligado and Adrián Grünberg. Not so for Adriana Palliotti, who had voted dissentingly.

In the process for the pact with Iran, for their part, Petrone and Barroetaveña also removed judges Obligado, José Michilini and Gabriela López Iñiguez.

The vice president had evaded the process because in November 2021 a ruling by the Federal Oral Court 5 – the court that was supposed to try her – unexpectedly dismissed her and her children. TOF 5 maintained that it was clear that there had been no crime and that, therefore, there was no need to hold a trial.

The Hotesur case is for alleged illicit association and money laundering in the rental of properties and hotels belonging to the Kirchner family.

It seeks to determine whether the vice president received money from the companies of Lázaro Báez and Cristóbal López as return for the businesses that both businessmen carried out within the framework of their proximity to Kirchnerism.
