Cristiano Ronaldo’s YouTube channel is breaking traffic records and bringing new big sums to the bank account of the Portuguese.
Cristiano Ronaldo opened a channel on the YouTube platform 24 hours ago with the name “UR Cristiano” and he has managed to make a splash!
In less than 90 minutes, Cristiano Ronaldo’s channel reached 1 million subscribers, while in just 12 hours the “SIUUUbscribers” – as he calls them – exceeded 10 million!
The Portuguese ace’s YouTube channel broke the record for the fastest page to reach 10 million subscribers! The previous record was for one channel, which completed them within 132 days.
For this historic achievement, the YouTube company left “CR7” with a golden plaque with the platform’s logo, which is done in similar cases for all those who have a channel, but – OF COURSE – in not such a short period of time.
As soon as the 39-year-old footballer received the award, he hurried to show it to his children, who went crazy and celebrated in the living room of their home.
The channel is a new source of income for the Portuguese
Cristiano Ronaldo’s channel has now surpassed (Thursday afternoon 22.08.2024) 20 thousand subscribers and “CR7” is rubbing… his hands with satisfaction, since it is a new source of profit.
Al Nasr’s Portuguese striker has posted 12 videos so far, with millions of views each. According to Thinkific, YouTube creators earn between 2 and 12 euros per 1,000 views.
Advertisers pay a set percentage to the platform for every 1,000 views, with YouTube keeping 45% of ad revenue and creators getting the remaining 55%.
So, Cristiano Ronaldo will try to compete with “powerful” Youtubers. One of them is YouTube creator Mr Beast, who has over 400 million views on his videos and can earn up to 5 million euros per month from advertising revenue alone.
