Cristiano Jr replicates his father’s signature dance moves before ripping the net with an outrageous strike

Cristiano Ronaldo Jr. copied his father’s signature dance moves before scoring a neat goal in Manchester United training. Watch it below.

The 11-year-old officially joined the Red Devils academy roster last month and was given the number 7 shirt, just like Cristiano Ronaldo Sr.

Ronaldo Jr. now trains regularly at United and new footage shared on Instagram shows the youngster enjoying himself.

After playing the ball once morest a wall, Ronaldo Jr. takes charge and dribbles towards the goal while taking a few steps forward.

He performs the aptly named “Ronaldo chop” and sends the ball into the top right corner.

Similar to his father, he celebrated by shouting and running towards the camera.

Fans have reacted to these images and are very excited to see Ronaldo Jr. develop in the next few years.

One of them commented: “He has the same style as his father lol even the haircut he gave there”.

A second commented: “This boy reminds you of someone, doesn’t he? »

While a third said: “He already plays like his father. He is going to be special. »

Ronaldo Jr. clearly has ambitions to emulate his father and his grandmother, Dolores, thinks he’s already better than the 11-year-old Ronaldo.

The five-time Ballon d’Or does not want to put pressure on his eldest, however, and knows what he needs to reach the top.

He explained at the 2020 Globe Soccer Awards in Dubai: “When you love kids and they want to be like you, they cut their hair like me, gesture like me, everything.

“I see my son, look, he is 10 years old and he wants to look like me. You have a long way to go to be like your father, but it’s a pleasure. The future is the children.

“I have four of them and I wish them the best and when I see the kids, for example now in Dubai, they come running with me, they turn around and say ‘Seeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.com.

“It makes me happy because they recognize my efforts, my dedication, my hard work and I’m proud when you see things like that.

“It gives me the motivation to keep doing my job, playing football and enjoying the fans and everyone. »

Ronaldo is currently in his second spell at United and missed Sunday’s 4-1 loss to Manchester City through injury.
