The late producer, in the lawsuit that was held before the Lebanese court, in July 2011, accused the star, Amr Diab, and his business manager, of being responsible for canceling the party that was to be held on New Year’s Eve, and which was organized by the “Dilara Master” company owned by Saliba. .

Saliba confirmed in the lawsuit that marketing tickets for the concert had failed, of which only 75 tickets were sold, although ticket prices ranged between 250 and 800 US dollars, explaining that Amr Diab received regarding 140,000 dollars as a down payment before the concert, out of 240,000 dollars.
