On the evening of February 13, the Hanoi Police said that the Special Task Force, the Criminal Police Department had just arrested a wanted suspect.
Accordingly, the police arrested Duong Van Thao (ie Thao “crazy”, in Cau Giay district, Hanoi).

According to the police, “crazy” Thao is carrying two wanted warrants, including: Wanted Decision No. 20, dated April 1, 2021 of the Criminal Police Department of the Hanoi City Police for murder and the decision to Wanted No. 82, dated July 2, 2019 of the Hanoi City Police for organizing gambling.
