The complainant commented that everything happened in July 2021 following a pool party at Benjamin Mendy’s mansion. One night they mixed a lot of alcohol, and she recalls, “I was on a couch and Ben (Benjamin Mendy) was behind me. He grabbed both of my hands from behind while he was having sex with me, and he was telling me, “don’t move, don’t move”. He said it three or four times.”
If that sounded macabre, it was not the only revelation that the young woman gave in the jury, in turn, she described what she tried to do, but it was impossible for her. “I tried to run away, but I mightn’t get my hands in front of me.
