Credit Suisse is considering partial sale
Now the Swiss business is also to be sold off
Credit Suisse should not only consider the sale of parts of the investment bank, but also parts of the Swiss business. This was written by the “Financial Times” in an article on Saturday.

As it was said there, the bank might sell off Bank-now or investments such as in the SIX Group, in Swisscard or in the fund company Allfunds.
So far, the bank has said that the Swiss business is not affected by possible sales. Commenting on the article to AWP, the bank said: “We have previously said that we will communicate on the progress of our comprehensive strategy review along with the third quarter results. It would be premature to comment on possible results before this point.”
The “FT” further speculates in the article that the Hotel Savoy on Paradeplatz, which the bank has put up for sale, might be worth CHF 500 million. The newspaper refers to statements by bank insiders.
