Credit Suisse Suisse board member Daniel Hunziker will take over as head of the bank’s corporate client affairs, Credit Suisse announced on Monday.

Mr. Hunziker will assume this new role in addition to his current position as Head of Institutional Clients at Credit Suisse, effective immediately.

This is the last management change announced since the takeover of Credit Suisse by UBS.

Credit Suisse also announced on Monday the departure of Andreas Gerber, head of corporate banking and another member of the Credit Suisse Swiss management board.

The banking veteran will “take a break for now” following 34 years at Credit Suisse and Banque Populaire Suisse, Credit Suisse said.
