Camila, how were the beginnings of the venture and for what purpose was it carried out?
The new path was started by the great demand from potential customers for light decoration, asking for products for the home. There I observed that they might not be found in the local markets. From that moment I put together a different, innovative and original proposal. I decided to set a trend in kitchen, bathroom, tableware, bazaar, even electrical appliances, all of which are necessary and optimal for homes.
The insistence was so great that I decided to start the project, look for suppliers that are up to these requests.
What services do you provide to the public?
Our products are chosen with a lot of work and studying market trends so that our clients can shine at home and feel cozy and pleasant.
Personally, being a Designer is a constant challenge. You have to connect with the client, see, listen to her needs and be adaptable to each situation, knowing what she wants to achieve and take home.
The client is not only buying a product, what he is doing is decorating his space and what he buys has to be pleasant.
Do you distribute your products in different places in Argentina?
I not only sell our products in Comodoro Rivadavia, where it is the city of origin, but they reach the whole country and with the arrival of a new branch in the city of Buenos Aires.
I started planning different scenarios to improve sales strategies, beginning to reassess how products are launched to the market using alternative sales and distribution channels, creating synergies with colleagues and entrepreneurs.
What are your differentials in the category?
At Luz Home, we work from electrical appliances to textiles such as napkins, bathroom mats, among others. All thinking, searched and specially selected, the client can find innovative and authentic products. We usually bring one or two units from stock, in order to support and reinforce the idea of creating unique homes.
On the other hand, being a branch of the Luz Decoración company, you can find an infinite variety of products for the home.
What are the challenges ahead?
We all run a series of financial, economic and business risks that we have to continually rethink and diversify in order to prosper.
You always have to innovate to be able to overcome the challenges of the market and that is the objective we have. Through the selection and exclusivity of the products we have, we seek to make the customer feel unique when creating their home. At the same time, we work with different brands, both national and imported, in order to reach all types of public in terms of money.
