Create templates for Mail with the ReplyCube extension

A Find Mediathe company responsible for the development of the popular WaterMinder, launched this week the ReplyCubeyour first app extension Mailda Apple.

With versions for macOS, iOS and iPadOS, the novelty allows the user to create templates for emails sent frequently, saving him from having to rewrite the same message every time. Support for these extensions, it is worth remembering, was added by Apple even with the arrival of macOS Monterey.

The extension works around its own application and has an integrated text editor with support for images, files and various formatting options. It is also possible to organize messages by categories and filter them to find the right template faster.

Within Mail, the ReplyCube can be found at the top of the compose window. To use a template, just click on the icon, look for the desired message and copy it. You can also drag a message from the popup from the application straight to the composition area.

To activate ReplyCube, the user must click on “Mail” in the toolbar, go to “Settings…” and then “Extensions”. Once that’s done, just look for the app in the sidebar and activate it by clicking on the checkbox next to its name.

ReplyCube is now available for download from the Mac App Store and costs BRL 7.50 per month or BRL 49.90 per year, but also has a 7-day free trial period. It requires macOS 12.0 or higher and iOS/iPad 15.0 or higher to work.
