Last month several rumors circulated that suggested that this year we will receive a new title of the almost forgotten Need for Speed street racing saga, exclusively for new generation consoles.
Although it remains to be seen whether these rumors end up being true or not, what is certain is that a fan is working on a promising remake de Need For Speed Underground 2 in Unreal Engine 4, which even without being finished is already full of features and a very high graphic quality. You can watch 10 minutes of this fan remake in motion below.
This remake is being developed by youtuber Ivan Novozhilov, who has set out to recreate what is widely considered the best title in the entire racing saga. It remains to be seen if the project will be completed, or if it will end up staying halfway, either voluntarily or through the intervention of Electronic Arts, owners of the franchise and those who do not usually see this type of fan project with too much good eyes.
