Gudmundsson then replied in a much quieter tone: “I just said: ‘Can we stop the attack? (the training exercise, note) finish?'” Again Kompany shouts: “No, you complain about everything!” The player then wanted to know what he was complaining about.

The scene that has now emerged also has parallels to a former Bayern coach. Thomas Tuchel, who was in charge of FSV Mainz, also shouted at a player on the training pitch in front of the entire team.
Kompany moved to Munich at the beginning of the summer after two years at Burnley.
