The Seoul Central District Prosecutors’ Office dismissed the charges of sexual assault by Kim Gun-mo. Prosecutors did not reveal the reason for the decision not to prosecute, as she was a sex offender. According to the decision to not prosecute, which was released through the media, the prosecution judged that the testimony of the complainant A was insufficient to prove the charges against Kim Gun-mo and there was no evidence to prove the fact of the blood.
Meanwhile, Gunmo Kim debuted in the music industry in 1992. He created hit songs such as ‘Excuse’ and ‘The Wrong Meeting’. Jiyeon Jang is also a musician. She majored in practical music at Berkeley College of Music, USA, and she is working as a pianist and composer.
