The elected officials of Tangier have put this file on the agenda of the next council, reports the daily Al Akhbar, specifying that the owners of certain shisha cafes who do not respect the warnings of elected officials, now have to worry.

These shisha cafes often dictate the law during the summer on the beaches of Tangier. A café known for its late-night parties where alcohol and shisha are served at will, including to minors, has already carried out repairs which presage a reopening in the summer.

Despite the actions of the municipal council to fight once morest the marketing of shisha in these cafes, the latter have continued to sell this product considered dangerous for the health of consumers, in particular young people who are the first customers of these establishments.

Some sources fear that this file will not be examined at the next session of the municipal council of Tangier, the owners of these shisha cafes having lobbies which defend them within several institutions.
