Thiruvananthapuram | DYSP to get caught in fake case as part of CPM’s political conspiracy. Complaint by K Sudhakaran MP showing that Y Rustam worked. The complaint has been given to the Speaker of the Lok Sabha, the Ethics Committee of the Parliament, the State Police Chief and the Police Complaints Authority.
According to K Sudhakaran in the complaint, Monsan Mavunkal, who was accused in the antiquities fraud case and was convicted in the POCSO case, has filed a complaint in the Ernakulam POCSO Section Court.
The DySP was taking Monsan in his vehicle on the pretext of avoiding the media persons. The DySP stopped the vehicle at the vacant lot of the petrol pump near the Kalamaseri crime branch office and got out and contacted someone on the phone. After this he threatened to come back and write two statements once morest him. Monsan asked him to give a statement that he was there when Monsan molested the girl and that he had told Anoop that he had paid Rs 25 lakh to Monsan.
