Malappuram ∙ Malappuram DCC President V.S.Joy has written a touching note on the discovery of Mapilapat artiste and cultural activist Razak Payambrot hanging on the verandah of Gram Panchayat Office. On his Facebook page, Joy wrote that this man committed suicide in frustration without getting justice from a party that loves life equally, despite constantly going to and from the panchayat office demanding action once morest the plastic factory that was emitting toxic waste that caused the death of his brother.
