The sea serpent of remaining charges applied to the Personal Training Account (CPF) resurfaces. Questioned Tuesday evening by the deputies of the social affairs committee in the Assembly, the Minister of Labor, Olivier Dussopt, confirmed it: the project – established in law last year but never implemented due to lack of a decree application – stays well in the pipes. But it will not see the light of day before the end of the first quarter of 2024 and will be limited.

“We anticipate participation from a certain number of users,” he replied, emphasizing two commitments made with Elisabeth Borne. Firstly, exceptions when, for example, the CPF is mobilized in the case of the company’s training plan or following requesting a professional development advisor. Second, there is no question of taking a 30% deduction from the amount of training, a figure that had been circulating for a long time.
