At the same time, the People’s Committee of Ha Nam province approved the adjustment of the contract form from a package to a unit price, which was not adjusted in accordance with Decree 48/2010 of the Government.
The Government Inspectorate proposed the Prime Minister direct the Chairman of the People’s Committee of Ha Nam province to request the competent authorities to approve the general planning, zoning planning, detailed planning of Tam Chuc tourist area according to the master plan of Tam Chuc tourist area.
