In Haute-Saône, yesterday, 18 people were hospitalized in Haute-Saône, including one in intensive care.
In Bourgogne-Franche-Comté, according to the Regional Health Agency, the epidemic situation is maintaining the trend recorded in recent weeks: the incidence rate has not undergone major changes and stands at 166 per 100,000 inhabitants ( 163 for Haute-Saône) in the general population, between August 30 and September 5. The test positivity rate is decreasing slightly (18.2%, it is 17.3% for Haute-Saône).
“Concerning hospital activity, new admissions for severe forms of Covid are still recorded, which shows that the virus remains a reality in all parts of the territory”, specifies the ARS. As of September 9, 18 people were hospitalized in Haute-Saône, including one in intensive care.
“The context of reunion linked to the end of the summer holidays should not lead to a reduction in barrier gestures, it is important to maintain active vigilance”, insists the ARS.
Among the preventive measures, wearing a mask is strongly recommended when there is a high concentration of population, but also in the presence of fragile people and in the event of symptoms suggestive of Covid-19.
Vaccination is always possible with health professionals listed on sante.fr: general practitioners, pharmacists, nursing offices, vaccination centres.
The second booster dose is intended for the entire population over the age of 60, as well as pregnant women, immunocompromised people or people at risk of a severe form of Covid-19 or living in the entourage of a fragile person, as well only to health professionals or employees of the health and medico-social sector.
