During his press briefing on Thursday morning, the Minister of Health and Social Services, Christian Dubé, indicated that a “self-declaration” platform will soon be made available to allow people who test positive for COVID-19 to report it.
Mr. Dubé also announced that a vaccine passport will be required, as of January 18, in the branches of the Société des Alcools du Québec (SAQ) and the Société québécoise du cannabis (SQDC).
