COVID-19: 30 new deaths in Quebec

Quebec has, on Friday, 30 new deaths linked to COVID-19, 22 of which occurred more than a week ago.

While only two people have succumbed to the virus in the past 24 hours, the number of people with COVID-19 who are hospitalized in the province has decreased (1594, -44). The number of beds occupied in intensive care remained stable (30, -1).

The province has 3,641 health care workers absent due to the virus.

There are 875 new infections among people with access to screening centers, while 124 positive rapid tests have been recorded.
