Court rejects application for permanent termination of hearing of ex-Stand News executive involved in publishing seditious publications

At the end of last year, the National Security Department of the police arrested the high-level or former high-level personnel of “Stand News” on suspicion of conspiracy to publish seditious publications, and charged its director Zhong Peiquan, former acting editor-in-chief Lin Shaotong and his management company with conspiracy to publish seditious publications .
