People trapped in a secret waterfall in America were rescued when they put the SOS message ‘Save our lives’ in a plastic bottle and dropped it into the river.
According to details, Curtis Whitson, his girlfriend and thirteen-year-old son went to Central California in June this month. For fun, they turned to the Arroyo Seco River and passed through a narrow gorge to a waterfall. There they planned to pitch a tent near the waterfall. For this they climbed up a rope and went to the camp side. After pitching the tent there, it was found that there was a 40 feet high wall ahead and it was impossible to reach further.
Now when they decided to come back, the rope had fallen down from that point and the flow of the waterfall had become so fast that it was impossible to get out. On this occasion, the three were deeply disturbed and their hearts began to sink. Curtis Whitson checked the phones and the signal was missing. His friend then wrote on a piece of paper: ‘We are stuck here in the waterfall, please help us.’ After that, the paper was put in a green plastic bottle and thrown into the river.
Fortunately, two people found the bottle just half a kilometer away and contacted the rescue personnel. Thus, at three o’clock in the morning, California Highway Patrol officials reached the waterfall and rescued these three people.
