Once again, the people of Cartagena captured a couple having sexual relations in a public space and recorded them, a video that was published by the local newspaper El Universal on its website. The event happened during the night hours; however, the darkness of the sky was not enough to hide the acts of these people from the inhabitants of the sector.
The obscene images were captured by a citizen who was taking a night walk through the walled city, when suddenly his route was crossed by a horse-drawn carriage, in which tourists arriving in Cartagena normally move. A couple was in the car and they begin to undress in front of the eyes of the other citizen, who recorded them with his cell phone.
In the recording it is seen that not only the couple that performs the exhibitionism act is mobilized on the float, but that there are two more couples, who are also kissing, but do not follow the other members in their debauchery. Throughout the tour, the woman is seen, who is naked, on top of the man and making different insinuating movements until the sexual act is captured.
According to the local media, it is believed that the people who were traveling in the car were under the influence of alcohol and that they were foreigners, but it is still not clear if the women were companions or their partners.
For its part, the coachmen’s guild of that city spoke after the outrage that this fact caused in the people of Cartagena; the drivers of these vehicles assured that, at no time, they agreed with this happening inside the float. They pointed out that as workers they seek to offer the best service and comfort for their users.
