Officials of the Scientific, Criminal and Forensic Investigation Corps (Cicpc) A couple was arrested for the murder of a one-month-old girl in Cojedes state.
Cicpc director Douglas Rico reported that the victim was identified as Jesuanny Yexybeth Aular.
The baby had been admitted to a local health center, along with her parents, Gladys Yamileth Montesinos Núñez, 33 years old, and José Francisco Aular Montesinos, 29 years old. Both alleged that the girl presented various health complications, dying after admission.
However, when performing the corresponding necropsy, it was learned that the girl died of mechanical asphyxia. Law enforcement authorities determined during the investigation process that the couple had caused his death. Then they pretended that the little girl had discomfort to try to evade her responsibility.
The event occurred in the Pueblo Centro sector, Pao municipality, San Juan Bautista parish, Cojedes state.
Rico It noted that both Montesinos Núñez and Aular Montesinos were placed under the order of the Sixth Prosecutor of the Public Ministry.

The Control Court for children and adolescents of the entity was in charge of ordering the capture of the subject.
The incident, reported on April 14 at the Cachamay Police Coordination Center, occurred at the Tumeremo Bolivarian Educational Unit, according to the Nueva Prensa Digital outlet.

The victim’s mother reported that her daughter, who is in sixth grade at the aforementioned institution, was surprised by Torres in one of the school corridors. The man covered her mouth with one of her hands and took her to her living room where she abused her. All this happened while a teachers’ meeting was taking place, narrated the girl’s parent.
According to the regional media, Torres was not deprived of liberty at the time the woman made the complaint. He was later detained at his residence in the Villa Castillo invasion, near the Los Monos sector of Puerto Ordaz.
