The 32-year-old crossed the threshold of the Didymoteicho Security Department on the morning of Friday 2/8. The police saw her with obvious injuries on her body and hands, while she complained that her 32-year-old partner had hit her.
She was immediately transferred to the General Hospital of Didymoteicho in order to provide first aid and undergo tests.

Then the 32-year-old reportedly told the police from the hospital, where she is being treated out of danger. “From 10/7/2024 until today, with the use of physical violence, he kept me inside his house, without my will. He repeatedly forced me into sexual acts, with the last time today at 10 am.”
A case file has been filed against the 32-year-old for rape, illegal detention and domestic violence, while investigations to locate him are ongoing.
