Chancellor Karl Nehammer speaks to those affected and critics of the video recording at a discussion event
Vienna (OTS) – For scheduling reasons, the event with Federal Chancellor Karl Nehammer will be postponed to Friday, October 13, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. This also changes the location: the discussion takes place in the “Future Shelter on the Schmelz”.
Federal Chancellor Karl Nehammer invites you to a discussion event under the motto “Ask the Chancellor”. After a so-called video recording, Nehammer emphasized that he stood by his statements and stood by them. Next Friday he will discuss this with critics, those affected and people who work with those affected every day in their work.
Specifically, Chancellor Karl Nehammer invited the following organizations to nominate four people each for personal exchange:
– Labor market service
– Chamber of Labor
– Chamber of Commerce
– Chamber of Agriculture
– Red Cross
– Samariterbund
– Light into the darkness
– Catholic women’s movement Austria
– Caritas
– Diaconia
– SOMA social markets
– St. Elisabeth Foundation
– Austrian Working Group for Youth Welfare
The 90-minute exchange with citizens will take place next Friday, October 13th, from 11:00 a.m. in the “Protection House Future on the Schmelz” (Extended Guntherstrasse, 1150 Vienna).
Journalists are also invited to take part in the entire event. Participation for accredited photographers and camera teams is only possible at the beginning in the first few minutes. The event will be streamed live on Karl Nehammer’s social media channels and the signal will be made available to interested TV and online media.
