The Conergy π 314 Ah large battery cell has overcome the technological bottlenecks of long circulation and safety problems. Their individual cell energy is up to 1,004 Wh with cycle times of up to 12,000 times. By optimizing the electrolyte formula and pole piece structure, the internal resistance was reduced by 15 percent and the temperature rise was reduced by 10 percent.
In addition, the main material of the positive and negative electrodes is modified in its structure, which, combined with a special coating treatment and granulation process, ensures the stability of the battery’s material structure in the long-term cycle process and extends the battery cell life.
