That is why he maintained: “everything is ready for the revocation process to be carried out on April 10 in peace and with conditions of legality, certainty, transparency and absolute trust.” To achieve the above, the INE began preparing the exercise, he recalled, nine months ago. In addition, today more than 287,000 citizens are appointed and fully trained to receive and count the opinions of their neighbors in the 57,517 polling stations that will be installed. The INE has approved more than 2,400 applications from people who will serve as electoral observers and 52 foreign visitors from 18 countries, who are interested in observing this unprecedented exercise, have been accredited.
