Córdoba: they arrested a policeman accused of selling ecstasy, cocaine and Popper at his home

A 30-year-old police officer was arrested accused of selling drugs at his home in the city of La Calera and kidnapping almost 1,000 ecstasy, cocaine and Popper pills, the Public Prosecutor’s Office reported this Thursday morning.

Members of the Anti-Narcotrafficking Police Force to the policeman at the corner of Corrientes Tránsito Cáceres de Allende, in this capital, following which they raided his home in the Rumy Huasi neighborhood (Calera), where they seized 820 ecstasy pills, 30 grams of MDMA, compacted cocaine pills , 36 bottles with Popper, a digital scale, 27 9mm cartridges and items related to the cause.

The Córdoba Police officer was not on duty at the time of the arrest, as he was on a psychiatric file.

The device was supervised by the Mobile Investigation Prosecutor’s Office to Fight Drug Trafficking of the Second Shift, which ordered the transfer of the investigated to judicial headquarters under the accusation of alleged sale of narcotic drugs.
