From December 7 to 19, 2022, the Palais des Congrès de Montréal will host the UN Convention on Biological Diversity (COP15). Due to obstacles linked to this event, your travel to the Court of Appeal might be disrupted.
In these circumstances, the hearings of the appeals and motions scheduled for December 2, 2022 and during the weeks of December 5, 2022 and December 12, 2022 will take place by videoconference. The Court Registry will contact the litigants concerned to inform them of the relevant procedures for this purpose.
Please note that, exceptionally, certain appeals and motions may not lend themselves to a virtual hearing and the Registry will also contact the interested parties, if necessary.
