The Ministry of Higher Education congratulated the successful students in the high school exams (first round) for this year 2022, whose results were announced on Saturday, 6/8/2022, and it was decided to open the door for registration of desires for the first stage for these students as of Thursday, 11/8/ 2022 until Monday 15/8/2022, according to the following minimum:
• Academic Division: 365 degrees or more, or 89.02% or more.
Number of students: 22475
• Engineering Division: 341 degrees or more, or 83.17% or more.
Number of students: 15220
• Literary Division: 264.5 degrees or more, or 64.51% or more
Number of students: 80063
• Total number of students: 117,758
The ministry said in a statement that within the framework of the continuous efforts of the political leadership and the ministry’s vision to develop the higher education system to serve and achieve the goals of the state’s plan for sustainable development 2030, new colleges have been established in public universities and will be accepted during the coordination of this year 2022.
She confirmed that admission to universities and institutes through the electronic coordination website on the Internet is a free service available through the following website: www.tansik.egypt.gov.eg, and the service is operated in computer laboratories in Egyptian universities during the period specified for each stage of coordination. Taking all the precautionary requirements and measures approved by the World Health Organization and the Egyptian Ministry of Health and achieving the maximum degree of social distancing to ensure the safety of everyone, as students will submit their wishes for a period of five days.
* Dates for entering desires
Through the laboratories available in the universities:
These laboratories are opened from nine in the morning until three in the afternoon daily during the days of the stage, and students must commit to wearing a medical mask (muzzle), as no student will be allowed to enter without wearing it and follow the instructions and procedures regulating the work in these laboratories.
• The student can also apply via a personal computer or any computer connected to the network outside universities, and the site will be available for 24 hours throughout the stage.
The entry or modification of wishes ends at seven in the evening on the last day of the stage.

Facilitating students and parents instead of moving from one governorate to another to submit papers, as well as saving them the trouble of crowding and queues.
– The student records his desires himself and can review and print them in order to reduce errors in data entry.
– It allows the student to modify the wishes many times during the coordination period of the stage until the closing of the site.
– It facilitates the student to identify and register desires in a simple and convenient way, which prevents any errors from occurring as the computer guides the student through the process of registering desires in an easy and simple way.
– Once the results of the different stages are announced, the student is able to obtain the coordination result from the electronic coordination website on the Internet.
*Important instructions for our students:
– A list of colleges and institutes that accept from different people will be available to you, and you have to choose your desires from among them.
– The site also displays the minimum requirements for college admissions in previous years so that you can build an idea of the colleges suitable for your group.
Discuss with your family the arrangement of your choices carefully, so that the choices you will make are fully representative of your desires, abilities, and the group of eligible subjects in which they are successful.
– If the student chooses a college outside the specified geographical area, the computer program will notify him immediately that the desire conflicts with the geographical distribution, and he has to modify the desire and choose the correct desire using the shares. The system will not accept the student’s wishes until after all (75 desires) are fulfilled.
☆ The steps that the student must follow to register through the electronic coordination website:
• Enter the electronic coordination website www.tansik.egypt.gov.eg.
• Enter your seat number and password.
• Enter your desires in the order you see, taking into account the rules of geographical and regional distribution.
☆ Rules and style of ordering student choices:
– The student determines the method of selection, either in the specialization sectors allowed for his division or in the universities.
– The student chooses the college or institute that he wishes to enroll in through the gradual geographical distribution lists that have been created to limit the phenomenon of student alienation.
– The student chooses the specialization sector he wishes to enroll in one of his faculties, and a list of the faculties he is allowed to appear will appear arranged in groups.
The list of faculties he is allowed to enroll in is divided into 3 groups according to the educational administration to which his school belongs.
– The student must choose the colleges in the first geographical range before choosing in the next range.
The student may transfer between one specialization and another, provided that the above-mentioned conditions are met.
The student must review the departments and divisions that each considers an independent desire upon nomination.
– After you finish entering your desires, you can print the desires that you entered, and the program gives you a receipt with a specific number, dated, and dated and hour of your progress.
– You can also save a copy of your wishes (Save As) on your computer so that you can refer to it when needed.
– If you have modified your desires several times (and this is available to you) know that the computer will save the last modification only and the formatting will be done according to the last modification you made.
☆ Methods of identifying the result of the nomination:
The results will be available on the same website on which the student submitted his wishes.
– The final nomination card is printed after the announcement of the results of the expatriation reduction phase, which begins after the completion of the second phase and the announcement of the admission results.
