This came after his participation in the AFC Ordinary General Assembly meeting in PyeongChang, South Korea, on the sidelines of the current edition of the Asian Table Tennis Championship.
Al-Bahr confirmed that the meeting reviewed the reports of tournaments, events and activities during the last period on the continent level, and reviewed the agenda of the tournaments scheduled for 2024-2025, and the countries nominated to host them, and set the final date for the Asian qualifiers for the Paris Olympics 2024, by the end of next March, and adding a tournament for the category of people of determination, And organizing the first AFC Champions League in 2024.
He added, “My visit to South Korea was also an opportunity to learn about its experience in organizing the current Asian Championship, and to work on benefiting from it in organizing continental championships in the country in the future.”
