The exchanges focused on prospecting and possibilities of cooperation as well as the strengthening of bilateral relations in the sectors of electricity, drinking water and liquid sanitation.
El Hafidi shared the development strategies in these sectors, launched by Morocco, as well as the main projects under development by ONEE and which might constitute opportunities for cooperation.
On this occasion, he recalled the progress made by Morocco in these areas as well as the contribution of the People’s Republic of China in projects that have aroused the interest of key players and who are today partners of the Office in several areas.
Both parties expressed their commitment to the development of cooperation programs and to making use of common experiences and respective know-how to explore in depth the possibility of partnership in the fields of production, transport and distribution.
