The Minister of Commerce, SMEs/SMIs, in charge of income-generating activities, Perfecte Amouyeme Ollame and Professor Daniel Franck Idiata, founding President of the EM Gabon-Université Group, signed on Friday March 29, 2024, a cooperation agreement aimed at offering tailor-made training for agents and other executives of this ministerial department.
“For us, with our partners, it is regarding implementing training adapted to the needs of agents of the Ministry of Commerce; this involves individualized training, specialized training, tailor-made training to meet the needs of each agent,” said Mr. Idiata, also indicating that his establishment will issue pre-registration certificates next week to the civil servants concerned by these training courses.
Dozens of agents are interested in this training for the peaceful pursuit of their careers. In addition to the teachers who will come from partner universities in Africa, Europe and the American continent, the upcoming academics from the Research Center for Constitutional, Administrative, Parliamentary and International Political Studies (CRECAPPI) of the Omar Bongo University (UOB ) will be used. Proven expertise from EM Gabon no less appreciated by the Gabonese government.
“With the freeze that was made in the old system, we had public agents who were not able to go and train and today, I assure you that you are giving the possibility of having competitive public agents” , Mrs. Amouyeme Ollame rejoiced in her speech.
The cooperation agreement between the EM Gabon-university group and the Ministry of Commerce was signed on the sidelines of the 2th edition of the Doctorial days of this great school. It is a meeting space between Doctoral Students and Professors from all over the world to exchange with future doctors. These discussions extend over five (05) days to take stock of the progress of the doctoral students’ theses, who are called upon to put into practice the advice provided for success without a hitch.
