From the communicational point of view, during a plenary session of the Constitutional Conventionsome conventional summoned the Table to make transparent the financing of the insert published in Las Últimas Noticias, which was described as a “propaganda”.
“We are writing the first democratic, representative and parity Constitution in our history, for a fair Chile for all”, reads the insert published a few months before the exit plebiscite.

On the other hand, the president of the drafting body, María Elisa Quinteros, said that “we have complained that we have not communicated, that we do not know how to deliver the information to people. We are taking charge as I have said several times, of course always respecting transparency and probity”.
To this he added that “the information will be available to everyone in the country.”
According to La Radio, there is still no answer as to where the funds come from to finance this type of ” ” or “propaganda”, as it has been described by some constituents.
