The 2-day Convention on the Restoration of Ukraine started in Berlin with speeches by the German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky and the President of the Fee Ursula von der Leyen.
After the conferences in Lugano and London, the Berlin Convention is the primary to be held in an EU member state, whereas Ukraine now has the standing of an EU candidate nation.
